Welcome to Choice Medical Group, one of the largest networks of Board Certified Physician located throughout the High Desert.  Our panel of providers consists of approximately 40 Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and more then 150 Specialists Physicians in private practice.  Our Physicians accept most major insurance plans, including HMOs, PPOs and traditional indemnity plans as well as being participating providers in the Medicare Program.

Choice Medical Group is an IPA (Independent Physicians Association).  This means the physicians in our network are not employees of the Medical Group, but manage their own independent practices.

Our Medical Group contracts with many different Health Plans, which allows the member to have access to our network of physicians including several ancillary providers.  Choice Medical Group is affiliated with the following hospitals, St. Mary Medical Center, Victor Valley Community Hospital and Barstow Community Hospital.  Your Health Plan provides you with specific benefits and our Medical Group administers those benefits.
