The service area covers Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Barstow, Adelanto and the surrounding vicinities. Choice Medical Group supports many non-profit organizations including the annual Today’s Woman Foundation along with other community-based events to benefit of the residents of the High Desert Communities.
