Dr. Hemanshu Patel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and the Chief Medical Officer of CareMD. With over a decade of dedicated service to the High Desert, Dr. Patel is known for his patient-centered approach, clinical excellence, and leadership in advancing community healthcare.

A proud recipient of the Best of the Desert – General Practice Physician award for five consecutive years (2018–2022), Dr. Patel’s commitment to compassionate, comprehensive care has earned him the trust of both his patients and peers.

During his residency, Dr. Patel served as Chief Resident and became one of the most decorated graduates in his program’s history, receiving nearly every major training award. His dedication, integrity, and deep sense of purpose continue to guide his work today—both as a practicing physician and as a medical leader driving innovation and quality improvement across CareMD.
