Her approach is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and patient education. Dennise is deeply committed to empowering her patients with the tools and knowledge they need to live healthier, more independent lives—especially in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
She takes pride in providing personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on wellness, early intervention, and building strong provider-patient relationships. Dennise believes that quality healthcare should be proactive, not just reactive, and she brings that belief to every encounter.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dennise enjoys staying active, volunteering in community health initiatives, and spending time with her family.
